About Rev. Laura
After experiencing a series of life-changing miracles, Laura chose to dedicate her life to teaching people how to transform their consciousness to heal themselves and others. After working intensively with people over the past several years, Laura began to envision a more holistic, all-encompassing healing process. Out of these experiences, she developed her core philosophy: human beings are the architects of their own reality and therefore have the power to create the lives they want.
Laura is passionate about sharing tools with others to help them liberate this power from within. Integrating her intuitive abilities, training, and healing gifts, Laura has developed a new healing modality called Divine Transformation. In this modality, she works directly with clients to assist them in co-creating a plan of transformation to re-shape their lives in the here and now. Laura conducts individual healing sessions, distance healings, weddings and workshops throughout the country.
Creating and performing wedding ceremonies is Laura’s greatest joy. Marriage is a time when two people come together and proclaim their love for one another and their desire to create a new life together. This union is a sacred event to which Rev. Laura is honored to bear witness. She works with couples to create ceremonies that are inspirational, personal, and memorable.
Laura holds a Reiki Master Teacher certification in Essential Reiki ©. She was trained by Reiki Master, Rev. Karen Mobley, who completed her training with Diane Stein, famous author of Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to an Ancient Healing Art. Laura is also adept in several advanced energetic healing techniques. She has studied with some of the world’s leading healers and is the 26th generation of an unbroken lineage of Mayan healers.
Laura is an ordained minister with a Doctorate of Divinity from ULC, holds a B.S. from Towson University and an M.A. from Hood College with a specialization in Thanatology and Grief Counseling. She is also an active volunteer with Seasons Hospice. She currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland with her wonderful husband, Tim and kitty, Nala.
